Level 1 and 2 training is given throughout a network of qualified training centres, whereas the advanced Level 3 training conducted by product experts at TREND MICRO`s own training centre.

The level within the partner program are as follows:
Premium Partners
Premium Partners are highly qualified and committed organisations, who autonomously drive the revenues on TREND MICRO products into Large Accounts and Governmental markets. Premium Partners qualify to offer best-of-breed technical support to their customers, building up credibility and value for their service.
Authorised Partners
Authorised Partners are Value Added Resellers who position their efforts into the Small and Medium Enterprise market. Their expertise is to manage projects and business with medium complexity and size. Integration with other security vendors is part of their qualifications to offer a trustworthy service to the customer.
Reseller
Resellers are organisations who do not whish to invest in the accreditation as TREND MICRO Partner and are offered the benefit of 1st level technical support from the Certified Distributors.
